Partner Responsibilities

Every approved partner agrees to:

  • Provide accurate merchant information
  • Obtain permission before submitting a merchant's contact information
  • Do not make unapproved pricing promises
  • Do not guarantee merchant approval
  • Do not misrepresent ZOSOP products or payment services
  • Follow ZOSOP branding, privacy, anti-spam, and compliance rules
  • Protect merchant and customer information
  • Do not collect cardholder data, passwords, PINs, or sensitive payment credentials

Referral compensation may vary based on the product, service, merchant qualification, revenue received by ZOSOP, and the applicable written agreement. Compensation is not guaranteed and may be one-time, recurring, or unavailable for certain referrals.
